Many people may take simple tasks for granted, but as you age, even getting groceries can be difficult.  I can lend a helping hand from shopping, delivering, unloading, and putting away groceries in the home. 

Seniors are just like everyone else and have responsibilities to fulfill and running errands is one of them. Whether mailing a letter, the old fashion way, shopping for a gift or taking your pet to get groomed, I can make it easier to do! 

As we age so we may need to see our doctors more. I will be happy to organize your transportation, escort you to your appointments and bring you back home safely. Also I can pick up and drop off your perscriptions too. 

We all love music. A song reminds us of our past and brings us joy in the moment. As a professional musician I love playing guitar and I'm open to sharing my love of music, songs, and stories of meeting the many artists and celebrities I have worked with through the years  

Sometimes it's nice to just sit, talk and enjoy a meal with someone over lunch. I can arrange a nice afternoon for us in your favourite coffee shop or restaurant. It's something to look forward to in your week. 

Companionship can be the best medicine. Whether that be card games or learning something new on the computer, telling stories or watching a movie, I can help in adding a bright spot to your day!
